Ladyfest*East is Here ! An outstanding collection of women in music, film and art are gathering together for a one-of-a-kind event. Inspired by the original Ladyfest in Olympia Washington a year ago, several NYC area women have been working tirelessly to bring NYC an example of what female artists are doing today and what they can accomplish by working together. Through their grassroots efforts, the result is an event that highlights the diversity and creativity of women in film, music, the spoken word and life in general. Here's the schedule of events.
