Bluestockings Women’s Bookstore and Ladyfest*East team up
to present Gynomite, a reading series and forum with a mission
to provide a safe arena for women to publicly express their deepest
desires and sluttiest fantasies, without anxiety or apology.
Join Maggie Estep, Nancy Agabian, and Shaila Dewan taking the
scorn from porn. Gynomite defiantly reclaims, to define, the female

Bluestockings Women’s Bookstore and Ladyfest*East host a
night of empowerment
involving local rape crisis centers, women's self-defense organizations,
female
spoken word artists, and female bands, all challenging sexual
harassment. Join
Loolwa Khazzoom reading from her new book “CONSEQUENCE: Beyond
Resisting Rape” (PEARL IN A MILLION).
Twenty-five percent of her book sales will go to one or more of
the women's organizations involved. (free)
