I love everthing to do with making, recording and mixing sounds. I am largely self taught with some experience in semi professional studios and audio classes.

Initially, I picked up the microphone and minidisk to document street level protests in New York around 2000.

I wanted to document the community level response that stemmed from tension between local immigrant communities and the NYPD.

After attending several rallies, I became interested in following street level activity around other issues as well.
